Part 1: DONE

The first part of my trip came to an end as I dropped off my dad at SeaTac and headed up to my best friend’s dad’s house just north of Seattle.

I started part one on June 14, 2017 and ended July 3, 2017.  During this time, I drove just over 57 hours and 3,153 miles. I went through California, Oregon and Washington. I visited four National Parks and will do the California ones on my way back home.

Below is the route I’ve taken so far!

For those of you that know me, I love spreadsheets. So here is a little breakdown for my stats so far. The first seven columns have to do with where I slept (BW = Best Western, Hotel is any other hotels) PS when I’m in my car, I’m still at a campsite, just not setting up my tent.

HUGE thank you to everyone who hosted me or showed me around! And It was a pleasure meeting all the lovely friends I’ve made along the way so far.

I am currently over a month into part two, but have officially finished planning it. Part two started on the 4th of July and will be ending on the fourth of September!

I’m currently starting to plan part three. So if you are interested in meeting me at any of those states (and/or Canada) OR if you live there and would like to see me, please let me know so I can add everything into my planning.
